25 local restaurants, 20 local craft breweries, spirits, sweets & more!

Fair Food once again brings you a celebration of our region’s craft breweries, restaurants, farmers, and artisanal producers – all independently owned and located within 150 miles of the city! Join us for an 8th year of The Brewer’s Plate: a one-of-a-kind tasting event that pairs craft-beer with local gourmet food for eaters of all kinds.
“The Farmer and the Artisan”
Cheers to our region’s farmers, brewers and chefs – they are true artists that paint vivid pictures of our region’s abundant and diverse food system. This year, the Brewer’s Plate VIP Experience will illustrate how each craftsman takes simple raw ingredients and turns them into edible masterpieces. The nuances of terroir, the simple elegance of cooking with beer, and much more will be explored at interactive tasting stations and star-studded demonstrations — all designed to stimulate the senses!
