Little Spoon Café brings together the cozy vibe of a neighborhood café and elevated diner fare that features seasonal ingredients from local farmers and artisans. Owners Jeanne French, Erin DelBaggio, and Julia McMeans have created a warm, welcoming space at 15th and South where you can grab great coffee on-the-go or stay a while for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.
Along with pastry chef Maggie Bertonazzi, head chef Lauren Geary (formerly of Monk’s and Pumpkin Cafe) shows a commitment to local producers and distributors like Green Meadow Farm, forager David Siller, Sandy Ridge Farm, Common Market, Wild Flour Bakery, Philly Bread, and Philly Fair Trade Roasters.
During the week, stop by for lunch or coffee and a sweet treat at the counter. Come in on weekends to get your brunch fix with dishes like carrot cake waffles, duck confit salad, or one of their rotating grilled cheese specials. And don’t forget to BYO — you bring the wine, vodka, or champagne and Little Spoon provides the rest to make your sangria, Bloody Mary, or mimosa dreams come true.
