When’s the last time you were at the Farmstand? Things are happening fast, so don’t miss out! STRAWBERRIES are nearly done (!!) but the first BLUEBERRIES from Little Buck Organic Farm arrive today, weeks ahead of schedule. King Family Farm SUGAR SNAP PEAS are new this week too. We’ll also have GREEN & GOLDEN ZUCCHINI from LFFC and Cassaday Farm respectively.  Finally, AT Buzby CUCUMBERS are looking great and the perfect size for pickling. In the cheese department: Otterbein Acres CAMEMBAA is back for the Spring & Summer. This raw sheep’s milk Camembert has a velvety rind and a creamy interior. The flavor is mushroomy with hints of ‘sheepiness’—try this compact round on a spring cheese board with sugar snap pea and fruit preserves.

Follow that cheese board with a delicious meal of grilled chicken—Griggstown Quail Farm delivers fresh YOUNG CHICKENS again this week. Stop by Wednesday through Saturday for these grill-ready birds. Happy cooking!
