Brooklyn Brewery is bringing the Food Experiments, a highly successful series of amateur cook-offs launched in Brooklyn, on a multi-city tour that has debuted in Austin, New Orleans, D.C. and continues on to Philadelphia with the “Philly Cheese Experiment.” Over twenty amateur chefs will create delectable cheese dishes for the chance to win cash, prizes, and a round-trip ticket to New York City to compete in the Food Experiments All Stars Competition.

June 8th: Victory Firkin Happy Hour at Oyster House! 5 - 7pm | 1516 Sansom St, Philadelphia It’s a firkin deal, with $1 oysters, $3 oysters shooters and $3 pours from a Victory firkin.
June 8th: The Chef, the Brewer and the Farmer! With Fork Restaurant & Victory Brewing! 6:30 - 10pm | 306 Market St., Philadelphia The titular chef (Terence Feury), brewer (Bill Covaleski) and Farmer (Ian Brendle of Green Meadow Farm) get together to bring you a four-course dinner, pairing each course with herb-infused Victory beers.
