Reader: Speaking of Thanksgiving, where do you normally get your bird? We are doing our first this year and I'm not sure where to look.
C.L.: I've been a faithful customer of the Fair Food stand in the Reading Terminal Market for as long as I've been cooking Thanksgiving (the better part of a decade). Their birds are always excellent. They have the full range, from heritage to officially organic to just "naturally raised." I go with the latter, and have been very happy.
